Since the 50's, Tunisia have been building great diplomatic relationships with other nations. This led to it exempting citizens of several countries from visa requirements for the sake of tourism & investment encouragement.

To answer that big question, 


Nationals of Algeria, Antigua and Barbuda, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Bahrain, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Brunei Darussalam, Cape Verde, Chile, Comoros, Costa Rica, Côte d'Ivoire, Croatia, Denmark, Dominica, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Fiji, Finland, France, Gambia, Gabon, Gibraltar, Gilbert Islands, Guinea, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kiribati, South Korea, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Libya, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mali, Malta, Mauritania, Mauritius, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Montserrat, Morocco, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Niger, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenadines, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Vatican City do not require a visa to enter and stay for up to 3 months.

Nationals of Canada, Germany & the United States do not require a visa to enter and stay for up to 4 months.
Nationals of Bulgaria do not require a visa to enter and stay for up to 2 months.
Nationals of Greece do not require a visa to enter and stay for up to 1 month.
A visa free access is available for nationals of Azerbaijan, China, Georgia, India, Kyrgyzstan,Tajikistan,Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan if travelling on a tour organised by a travel agency and holding hotel voucher.
For other countries' nationals, a visa must be applied for at the embassy of coverage.
